Aspen Grove, July 11-17 2008

Casey's grandma is the sweetest, most kind lady I have ever met. She has a true love for family. Every few years she has sent the family to Aspen Grove Family Camp, owned and operated by BYU. This year we set the record for the most people there...our group had 150 people. Amazing! It was so fun. The kids all enjoyed their groups, and the adults enjoyed activities also. It was great...even Boston went to his group just fine. It was a much needed break for family time.

Boston has special attachment to his grandma fergi. He LOVES her. Infact, right now as I post this, he is standing behind me yelling GRANDMA, GRANDMA

This was a funny story. I had fixed the kids plates of foods, and Ash asked if he could go get more quesidillas. I said sure, but only get as many as you can eat, because we don't want to waste. He came back with that black plate FULL. It was hilarious.

We discovered that Casey's phone can play "manny manny" and elmo. Boston was in heaven. He would lay in bed at night, and hold Casey's phone, and watch his shows. It was so cute!

Casey and I decided one day to go paint balling. I was smart and wore gear. Casey however, wasn't the brightest crayon in the box, and went without any protective gear. Look at all the those welts...I think we counted a total of 17. OUCH!
