The apricots I started out with
This is the Jam I made! 24 bottles for my food storage!
The fruit leather I made with the extra apricots. Plus there were still quite a few left over for my kids to eat. (Look at the story below to get a laugh about the extra apricots to eat!)It was a fun day to make jam. I think I have picked up on a new hobby. This makes me so much more excited about all the farmers markets in California. YAY! Can't wait!

Good job! That is awesome work you did. I hope you get to bottle lots of yummy foods while you are in Cali.
um...yumm!! That inspires me!
I hope you find some good farmers markets in Cali too. You will have to keep me updated on what you bottle and all the good stuff you find.
you are martha.
Hello! It is good to see you and your beautiful family. I can't believe how big your kids are! Way to go on the apricots :) Josh's family has a huge apricot and peach orchard and bottling/jam is a must. I definately feel your pain on how to eat them all :) My kids are going to turn orange any day now.
FUN!! That sounds like so much fun. I want to bottle jam so bad...my kitchen is sooo tiny tho! I think that would be an awesome hobby. That is a cute story too about Ashton...he just wanted to hint I guess....but thats cool meg. I wish we had more Farmers Markets around here :)
Way to go! I wish I knew how to do that.
