A funny moment from my sweet sweet Ashton.I'm in the shower the other night, and the kids were supposed to be watching a "Jesus Movie" before bed. (living scriptures movie)
Ashton comes into the bathroom. This is how our conversation went:
Ashton: Mom, I am hungry, can I have a snack?
Me: Yeah, what do you want? (remember I am in the shower the entire time)
Him: I don't know, do we have anything thats small and orange?
Me: I don't know buddy. Not sure. What do you have in mind?
Him: I don't know mom, just something small and orange, and healthy too (healfy)
Me: I can't think right now Ash, what are you thinking about? *I knew he had something in mind- I could just tell*
Him: Just something small, orange, and healthy, thats all.
Me: sorry bud, I don't kow
Him: Mom, I'm talking about an apricot!
It was so funny to me, instead of asking for an apricot, he had to describe it as something, small, orange, and healthy. thankfully we had lots of apricots!
