Pancakes. Sugar Free Syrup. Spinach and a banana tossed it the mix.p.s. I also use whole wheat flour.
Smoothie. I new favorite at our house. We make it at least once a day.The kids love it. Infact last night, I had to bribe them if they ate all their pizza (totally unhealthy, but it late when we got home) I would make them a smoothie for desert. The pizza was gone in 5 minutes flat. I love that they love this. We nicknamed these green creations 'Shrek Smoothie' and 'Shrek Pancakes'. Hey, my kids LOVE that movie, and why not bribe them with a fun name, to be healthy?? :) Works at our house.
Ashton eating his Shrek Pancakes
Rylee Eating her pancakes.
Little B loving his pancakes. (he does't get syrup- he tend to dump his plate on his head, half way through the meal...we try to do without sauces, and syrups lately- atleast until this phase passes)Thanks Kristen and Kelly for showing me that I can be healthy too. :) If anyone wants these recipes, I'd be happy to post them. They are so yummy, and healthy. They only take minutes to make. The smoothie is definatly an item that all the supplies will always be in stock at my house. This is my new favorite drink of the day :)
