The Girl Turns 4!

My sweet little bug,
Oh how I love you so much! You can light up any room that you walk into. You have such a spunky personality, and so many people love the laughter you bring into their lives. Four years ago, on this very day, you joined our family. Our lives have never been the same, our lives were blessed. Rylee, you have such a way about you that makes people flock to you. You can make any person turn a frown into a smile, in a matter of seconds.
Have I mentioned that I love how girlie you are? Because I do love it. You love dresses. Lately, you have wanted to wear the same dress every single day- the one that is red and white striped, it was a hand-me-down from Aunt Nay. Its a fourth of July dress, and you actually have 2 of them, one was Hailey's and one was Tylee's. You ask to wear them every single day, and want to know what? I let you wear them 90% of the time, because you only go through theses phases every so often and I love to soak up the memories. You are trying to grow your hair long, and have gotten so excited that I can finally put it in a pony tail. Who would have thought that a pony tail would be so exciting and thrilling to a little girl? I love it. You ask me almost daily to paint your finger nails. I love that you love to be girlie. Each morning, when I do your hair, and I am all complete you ask for lip gloss, and 'smell' aka perfume. You love when I put blush or eye shawdow on you.
Today you told me your favorite colors are pink and purple. When I asked you why you like those colors, you simply told me "because those are the colors Jesus made for girls". Well said :)
Your favorite food is chicken nuggets.
You love to dance.
You love Dora. Today while at disneyland, you would spout off spanish words. I think sometimes you watch a little too much Dora. I will work on that issue.
You love to sing I am a child of God. You sing it so well. You know all the words.
You love to care for Boston. You love when you can convience him to play 'house' with you, and you are the mom, and he is the baby.
You love your black flats, but what girl doesn't love black flats?!?!
You have big beautiful blue eyes.
You love your aunt Kourt, and everyday ask me if she still remembers you, cause we live in California now. Yes my love, she remembers you, and is so excited we are moving back to Utah.
You love to snuggle your daddy at night time, and you love that he sings his made up songs about you being a princess.
You love to ride your bike.
You love out doors.
You love to swim, and you are doing awesome at swimming.
You are as tall as Ashton. :)
You still have the craziest hair in the world when you wake up.
You aren't a huge breakfast eater, but I'm not either, so I usually don't push it on you.
You love milk.
You always ask me for a baby sister. I hope we can have a baby sister someday too, I'm just not sure when.
You want to name your baby sister sally, after the blue car on lightening mcQueen. I'm not so sure about naming a child after a car, we'll see when the time comes.
You miss Mesa like crazy, and ask me daily if you can go play at her house. Soon enough my dear.
You are obsessed with Tinkerbell right now, and I love it. You love all the princess' actually.
Today, you informed me that "this is the best birfday ever" and I'd have to agree. I am so glad we made so many memories on this day, that we can cherish for a lifetime. I love you so much Rylee Kezia Brooksby, and I am so thankful that Heavenly Father trusted me with you. I am so thankful to be your mommy. I want you to know that I will always love you. You have informed me that I am your best friend. Well baby girl, you are my best friend. First your mommy, next your best friend, and I hope that it is always that way. I love you so much. I hope your birthday rocked :)
